Invented on a sailing trip to accompany the day’s catch, Bobbie's Boat Sauce is the serendipitous result of necessity and creativity. Perfected on land in Portland, Oregon, Boat Sauce is a go-to, goes-with-anything sauce for any meal, any time of the day.

As the great explorers discovered spices, cultures and continents, so too did Bobbie happen upon a unique creation: the alchemy of hunger, curiosity, and the scavenging of sailboat's galley. (In Bobbie's defense, she never subjugated thousands in a bid for imperial domination or to fulfill a manifest destiny.)
