Chilli & Ginger Sauce by Nonya Secrets

Use me as a marinade or a dipping sauce. Made from fresh chillies, ginger and garlic, this sauce is best used when added to either crab or prawns to recreate the iconic Singapore chilli crab dish.

Ingredients:
Fresh red chillies, onions, ginger, garlic, yellow bean paste (soybeans, soy sauce, wheat), tomato ketchup (tomatoes, celery, spirit vinegar, spice, herb extracts) sugar, salt, vegetable oil. May contain traces of nuts.
