Cloudberry Salted Caramel Spread

The sea salted caramel spread is made by Cloudberry Bakery, a mother and daughter team from County Kerry in Ireland. They originally made the salted caramel as a filling for macarons. It was an instant crowd-pleaser, and many customers were asking if they could buy the filling on its own! So, Cloudberry Bakery answered the call – and now you can try their popular sea salted caramel, too.

Try me with pancakes, in chocolate brownies, on ice cream, scooped up with a slice of apple… or just by the spoon.

Ingredients: condensed milk, butter, golden syrup, glucose syrup, double cream, muscovado sugar, sea salt flakes (0.9%). Contains allergens: milk.
