Pippy Eats Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

Chiu Chow Chilli oil is packed with fresh garlic and red chilli. Originating from Chiu Chow (aka Chaozhou) in Southern China. The gubbins are an umami laden flavour-bomb.

Great tossed through noodles on its own, served with eggs, on BBQ'd meat, as a dip for dumplings, spread on a cheese sandwich, or served with steamed fish. Dollop on top of hummus.
