The Single Variety Lemon Drop Chilli Jam is DEFINITELY THE HOTTEST in the line up. It’s not for the faint hearted. We can’t actually eat it. We tried, and cried.

It’s perfect as a marinade for spicy chicken or prawns, or even with Indian Paneer Cheese.
