Refund policy

In the rare occasion where something isn't up to scratch, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of your fish to orders@lifeof.fish - please do not eat the fish as we may need to take this back as proof for our suppliers.

If you need to cancel your order, please call the store you are due to collect from ASAP, or email orders@lifeof.fish if it is for delivery. We will always try our best to cancel orders where possible, but any orders requested to be cancelled less than 24hrs of collection or delivery date cannot be cancelled due to stock levels. We place orders with our suppliers based on pre-orders, and we cannot cancel these with our supplier last minute.
